Returns:

We hope you love your Sundry pieces, but understand if you'd like to make a return and are happy to accept returns on all unworn/like new items.

Please note, there are no returns or refunds available on FINAL SALE items or Accessories

We've made it very simple for you to return your items, simply visit our returns portal here and follow the easy return process where you will be given a retune address and order reference number.

Unfortunately, return postage is not covered by us, so please ensure all returns are sent by tracked delivery, as we cannot be held liable for goods that get lost of misplaced in the post.

Returns will honoured if within 14 days from the order date if your item is unworn and in a new/saleable condition with all original tags still on it.

If 14 days have gone by since your order was placed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund under any circumstance, however a credit note may be possible for up to  28 days from your purchase date, to find out more about credit notes please email us at hi@wearesundry.co.uk quoting your order number.

(Our customer service team are available Monday Friday between 10am and 4pm. Please allow 24-48 hours for the team to get back to you, any emails received outside of these hours will be responded to once the team are back in the office)

Return Timelines:

We will refund or exchange any items you are not happy with providing you return the item to us in its original condition and with all label tags still in place, within 14 days of placing your order; please note that all items must be in the same packaging as received with labels still intact. If tags are missing from the garment, we reserve the right to refuse your request for a return.

Refunds can take between 7-14 working days to process depending on how busy our warehouse is.

Royal Mail or courier delivery confirmation with correct GPS co-ordinates or tracking number are sufficient proof of delivery. 

Measurements are a guide and not exact due to our garments being hand made.

Please note, Final Sale items are non fully refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances.

Exchanges:

We do not currently offer any exchanges as a small business. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement size/colour that you wish.

We also offer Buy Now Pay Later options at checkout. Allowing you to re-order your replacement instantly after making your return whilst waiting for your refund to reach you. Once your refund hits your account you can then simply pay of your Buy Now Pay Later statement.
