UK Shipping

At Sundry, we offer free UK standard shipping* typically on all orders over £25.

Anything below £25 will incur a standard shipping cost of £1.99 due to the cost we incur for picking, packing and shipping every  order. Customers will also have the option for next day, express shipping for orders that are placed before 2.30pm Monday - Friday.

We hold the right to remove any out of stock item(s) from your order at our discretion, but will always confirm this with you via email. Return postage will not be covered by us under any circumstances returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

Standard Shipping- 3-5 Working Days

Express Shipping- 1-2 Working Days. 

Aside from shipping timelines, please allow 1-2 days once you place your order for our warehouse to pick and process your order for shipping.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping 

Worldwide Shipping is available via multiple couriers, which will be displayed at checkout. All international shipments have duties and taxes pre paid as of 23rd January 2023.

Refused Shipments

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item under all circumstances. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit note, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund. International refused shipments will be charged return postage and an admin fee deducted from their refund.

Please note that we ship through multiple courier services for international deliveries. Please allow (in rare circumstances) 28 days for your order to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed please email us at hi@wearesundry.co.uk to review the status of your order. 

Please note that all refunds ands credit notes (at our discretion) will be handled through email if necessary via our customer service team.
